Filth is a 3 month vegan burger pop-up from Gizzi Erskine, now open at 13 Bethnal Green Road (opposite Boxpark), within the Dirty Burger site. It's open daily until the end or March (or so), and features a choice of two burgers (the Pure Filth, and the Seoul), plus a choice of sites and drinks, again all vegan.
I went today, and really liked it. The Pure Filth Burger has a layer of vegan 'American Beer Cheese' which makes the experience a bit like eating a Big Mac, or a Whopper. A good burger for meat eaters, who want to try something vegan!
